Yaqeen by Optivise is an entrepreneurship-access initiative created to help people in rural Sindh
understand startups, connect with mentos, experienced builders and participate in opportunities that often
remain concentrated in larger cities.
Why Yaqeen Exists.
In many rural communities, ambition is not the problem. The missing pieces are exposure, language,
networks and access. Young people may know the traditional routes into education and employment,
yet remain unaware of how startups are formed, how incubation centres support founders or how a
local problem can become the foundation of a real company.
Yaqeen by Optivise begins from Digri the hometown of Optivise Solutions’s founder with a wider vision for
rural Sindh. It is built on a simple belief: geography should not decide who gets to understand
entrepreneurship or participate in the startup ecosystem.

Yaqeen is not a traditional career-counselling service, freelancing course, job-placement platform,
incubator or funding provider. It is an access bridge that helps people understand the ecosystem,
connect with experienced mentors and prepare for the next relevant step.
